| 2007 was another very busy year for Sovereign with a number of new and innovative machines being produced, no more so than the Monarch Pharmaceutical labelling machines with an (Patent applied for) Outsert application system manufactured for a US based company. The fully enclosed system is designed to wrap labels to round and rectangle containers with a 5mm thick Outsert attached to the container in register to the wrap label with O.C.R cameras used for verification. |

| The Outsert unit which can be ordered as a separate unit or fully integrated into a labelling system can be used with 3M type adhesive tape or hot melt as the outsert is held positively in a star wheel during the application. |

| A ten station magazine is provided for continuous production featuring ‘plug in’ pre-loaded cassettes’ |
| |
| These systems are manufactured to GAMP standards and offered with full validation documentation. |

2007 was also very busy on the export front with over 75% of the machines Sovereign produced going overseas to USA, Africa, Middle East and Europe. |

With so many machines going overseas and to maintain Sovereign’s excellent after sale service further experience service engineers were added to our team in 2007 and 2008 is expecting to just as busy with a number of Pharmaceutical, Salad pot ‘C’ wrap labellers and Sleeving systems order for delivery in the first quarter of this year. |
