Sovereign Labelling Systems have just delivered a triple lane Pick and Place Machine to process specialist products for the pharmaceutical industry. The all Stainless Steel system handles a range flexible foam pads and plasters up to 150mm square for medical use. Individual pads are collected from any or all of three magazines and deposited into a continuous motion flow wrapper at speeds up to 100 products per minute.

2007 was another very busy year for Sovereign with a number of new and innovative machines being produced, no more so than the Monarch Pharmaceutical labelling machines with an (Patent applied for) Outsert application system manufactured for a US based company. The fully enclosed system is designed to wrap labels to round and rectangle containers with a 5mm thick Outsert attached to the container in register to the wrap label with O.C.R cameras used for verification.
