Sovereign Labelling Systems have developed a four head labelling system for cardboard sandwich packs. The system is inline and directly linked to a Trepko 412S sandwich machine. The packs are fed in two lanes from the Trepko machine; the Sovereign unit then collates the packs into a single lane. The labeller is a four head all stainless Monarch unit with two labellers on the top and two labellers on the base. Auto changeover of label reels can take place between either the top or base labellers, allowing the unit to run with minimum downtime. Label reel size is 400mm with low reel centres on top labellers for ease of loading.
